Please read them with our Cancellation and Refund Policy before you book. By confirming a booking, you accept both for everyone in it. Who we are Track Global Tours is a Malaysian travel agency licensed by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia (MOTAC). Our company registration and MOTAC licence numbers are shown at the foot of every page of this website. Our office is at Unit 01, Level 10, Tower A, Pan'gaea, Menara Paragon, Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia (sales@tracktourism.com, +60 18-259 3170). Making and confirming a booking You can book a private trip on your own dates or a seat on a fixed group departure. The person who books (the "lead traveller") must be 18 or over and authorised to book for everyone named, and is responsible for payment. Please check that names match passports exactly before you pay. Your booking is confirmed once we receive payment and email your confirmation. If we then can't secure a service you booked, we'll offer an alternative or a full refund for that service. Prices and currencies The total price and what it includes are shown before you pay. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude international flights, visas, travel insurance, tips, personal expenses, optional activities and local tourist taxes paid directly by travellers.
